There are many ways to make this salad because, without a doubt is a classic among salads. The way that I like to make it is that the chicken is super crunchy. I'm sharing with you how to take to another level this salad.
Yields 2 portions of salad
- 2 cups of smashed cornflakes
- 2 skinless chicken breast
- 3 eggs
- 4 tbsp all-purpose flour
- Oil
- 1 cucumber sliced
- 2 carrots sliced
- Parsley or Cilantro
- Lettuce
- After the chicken is cooked, drizzled them with your favorite buffalo sauce.
- In a bowl or dish place the lettuce, cucumbers, and carrots.
- Later on, add the chicken, and garnish with parsley or cilantro.
- To enhance the flavor, you can add shredded cheese.
